Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Currently, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal handling fee may apply.

Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or high volume of orders.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our shipping services internationally. Stay tuned for updates!

5. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@krishvanta.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
